i believe in photographing it all, curiously observing as the day unfolds, allowing space for the unexpected to flourish, people being themselves, and enjoying the finite time with your loved ones. weddings are special and complex, why treat it like a photoshoot? when you look through your wedding photos, i want to put you right back in the feelings you felt that day. so i’m all about less posing and more personality!!

my approach is less “hired professional” and more “close friend with cool old cameras.”
i mix film and digital photography because each have qualities that make special images.

couples that like to work with me are deeply in love, they care more about celebrating with their closest people and less about the “perfect” photos.
